Spark Brain is offered at the price displayed at checkout. Stripe calculates and collects payment information and applicable taxes. After verified payment, the buyer receives a personalized licensed package, certificate and secure download link at the email address entered during checkout.
The buyer provides compatible AI and third-party accounts, internet access and any subscriptions required by those platforms. Connector availability can vary by plan, account, permission and region.
Capabilities are verified, never assumed.
The setup checks available capabilities before enabling Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Telegram, scheduled tasks or other integrations. The crypto module is a market watchlist and does not connect to an exchange or custody wallet.
Use and adapt your licensed copy.
The named buyer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install, use and adapt the delivered files for personal use. The buyer may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, redistribute or turn the supplied materials into another product for distribution. Commercial and team use requires a separate written agreement. Third-party components retain their respective licenses.
Immediate delivery requires express consent.
Where consumer law provides a withdrawal period for digital content, checkout asks the buyer to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect of delivery on that right. Statutory rights for defective or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
Purchase data is used to fulfil the order.
The fulfillment system processes the buyer’s name, email, billing information, order reference, consent record, payment status, license ID and certificate data to perform the contract, deliver the product, provide support and meet accounting obligations. Stripe handles payment card data; Turn Spark must not store raw card details.
Order and license records should be kept in private operational storage and retained only as long as required for fulfillment, support, legal claims and statutory obligations. Marketing communication requires separate consent.
